They just don't get it. Sounds like an impeachable offense to me. He has no authority and congress can only defund the entire EPA at this point. As an impeachment conviction won't be possible.

The Supreme Court gave the EPA the ability to autonomously regulate any GHG if the agency determined it to be a "health hazard" in
Mass. v EPA.
So the only way to stop this now is to close the EPA.
