The Montana Constitution does not depend on Opium dens, crack houses, prostitution, porn, and abortion, contrary to what liberal/libertarians think.

“Libertarian” lefties will create Californias everywhere if they are allowed to.

I'm glad to know that you've taken a position firmly against opium dens.

The last time I was in California (2007) you could scarcely walk a block without seeing those zoned out Chinamen all over the place.

Poor wittle feller aww worried about Montana turning into California.

Who said anything about what the Montana constitution depends upon, which does not depend upon a police state locking everyone up who offends you, in any case.

Actually traditionall the Western states have always been more libertarian than the Midwest, East Coast, and South. It was the negative influence of those corrupt regions of the country which has turned the West into what it is now. Some are just wanting to go back to the more traditional values of live and let live.

The bottom line in this case, however, is that Missoula wants pot enforcement to be a low priority, which makes complete sense to any rational person, and the DA flipped the community the bird by charging this guy with 1/16 of an ounce. The community flipped it back. Hopefully the idiot DA learned something.
