MEXICO CITY Mexican authorities said Wednesday they are investigating the possible kidnapping of 50 illegal migrants in the southern state of Oaxaca, a day after saying there was no evidence of the crime.
Honduran, Guatemalan and Salvadoran migrants were being interviewed by officials at the federal Attorney General's Office about an assault last Thursday, the National Migration Institute said in a statement.

I imagine the Mexican government is just pissed off that they are going to be out their “cut” from sneaking these 50 “immigrants” into the U.S.
How about 20 million missing citizens, Calderon, you moron.
Ping!
Incredible that nothing has been discovered/uncovered/documented. There is something, more than eerie; where an entire family can literally, disappear, from their home in a California burb - without a trace. Given what we know about 'border activities' can understand how this might happen.
OTOH. . .knowing nothing; and knowning how this entire family must be suffering; this mystery stands as a disgrace; and a fearful one.
One young girl, Natalee Holloway disappeared in Aruba, on what was to become a tragic night, as she never returned - and the world was put on alert and still remains, thanks to her Mother and a cooperative Media.
Meantime, an entire family - with children yet - disappears - their dogs left behind w/o food or water; their car found abandoned, close to Mexican border; and few people even know about this. . .or they have already forgotten. . .
No doubt, another ‘mass grave’ waiting to be found.
