How in the name of mecca can a muslim be offended by Christmas? It celebrates the birth of one of their (minor) prophets.
There was a Muslim “scholar” on TV once who mocked Christianity by asking, “why would God need a son?” To which I answered, He didn’t need Him, WE DID!

They’re not upset about the Jesus part itself (note these sorts of posters don’t ever insult Jesus as an individual), but they’re attacking the concept of Jesus as a Trinitarian part of God. The holiday of Christmas is about the birth of a Savior, not of “a guy who was good and preached some stuff”. Ergo, they’re upset at what they see as a holiday for the birth of a “new god”.
If Muslims were to produce any materials actually insulting Jesus directly, I’m pretty sure they’d get hit with a barrage of “fatwa” judgements awfully quick, probably marked as apostates.
