A rule?

I started elem school in 1957 and graduated HS in 1969. NOT ONCE during those 12 years did I EVER hear, see, or suspect anything of this sort.

The morals of our society have crumbled because the majority of our preachers, teachers, police, parents, and other adults who are supposed to set a good example are selfish, filthy, immoral, people.

You just didn't see it. People didn't tell you about it. I'm just a bit older than you and I saw it, and it happened, and it was as real then as it is now.

The difference is today people report on it and perps get caught.
