Since our federal Constitution grants jurisdiction to “one supreme Court” in cases in which a “State shall be Party“, and since Congress is not clothed with authority to arbitrarily amend our Constitution and vest a power granted by our Constitution to “one supreme Court” in an inferior court which Congress may create and ordain, why are the State AG’s who are challenging Obamacare arguing in an inferior federal district court created by Congress which is incompetent to hear the case as the supreme Court, and only the supreme Court has original jurisdiction in the case?
