Internet radio shock jock Harold (Hal) Turner was sentenced Tuesday to 33 months in prison for threatening three federal judges. Federal Judge Donald Walter sentenced Turner after the right-wing talk show host ranted in Brooklyn Federal Court for an hour about his innocence, the three criminal trials it took to convict him and over-zealous prosecutors. Still working as a snitch Hal? Who you trying to smoke out now?
“claimed his government handlers at the time had urged him to make provocative statements and advocate for violent resistence to smoke out domestic terrorists”

Informers don't do well in the Joint. He better be in the Security Housing Unit (SHU).
Sounds more like a Zero supporter.
Its illegal to say that you think “someone deserves to die?”
Only if you’re a conservative
A conservative that is pro gun control?
“A conservative that is pro gun control?”
Possible an overzealous Liberal reporter wanting to blame conservatives somehow.
