Why not reject this flawed treaty...and then work on modernizing nukes with the new Congress in January?

I have stated here for yrs, when this corrupt “Two-Party Cartel” needs the vote from their bought & paid commies/elites etc they just magically get the 67 necessary votes. Now if they needed 90 just magically they would have them.
