According to the Albanians they were also indigenous to Detroit. Funny thing about Kosovo is that there is NO archeological evidence of any kind whatsoever that proves they were there before the Serbs, they still keep trying to pimp the Illyrian connection ad nauseum.

I think you are pumping a dry hole there ~ archaeology is not your guide to the Albanians. They were simply the primary population in what is known as the Ice Age Serbian refugia. Doesn't matter whether or not they left any traces in Kosovo as it turns out. They got the genes!

The current Serbian population has its origins a bit further West ~ which is why they look so terribly Northern European.

BTW, I knew an Albanian in college who was indigenous to Gary/Hammond/East Chicago ~ that was one of their major settlement centers in those days ~ Gary had had a Greek guy as mayor for many years but when he got sent to prison the Albanians and blacks started duking it out for hegemony up and down the beer joints on that main drag in front of US Steel.
