Okay just got through. I was very polite and kind with the woman on the phone. She did sound stressed out. Told her what I thought very nice and she said she would pass it on. Some how I have a feeling it will not get passed on. Perhaps I will write a letter?
Takes a MONTH at least for a letter to get through security...white powder slowed that form of contact WAY DOWN.
