As a life-long bookkeeper- most for small Mom + Pop businesses, I smell a foul odor here.
This kind of support should not exist. Almost everything the EPA does undercuts business & creates more & more paperwork.
I smell it too. I think that these groups may have signed on because “green” is in right now but I don’t think 60,000 of them support this. I’m sure some do but I am also sure that a lot don’t.
