Even in the United States, in pretty much any jurisdiction, you can get a mandatory easement for access. If you own property that is completely surrounded by other people’s property, someone has to let you cross his property to get to it. In the case of multiple abutters, who it is, that has to allow access is generally determined by custom, usage and common sense. It’s not an unreasonable burden on the property holder. (The plaza in front of Rockefeller Center is closed all day on January 1, to establish the owner’s customary rights, or else a easement would be established.)

I actually think we may have to segregate Moslems from our society, and yes it would indeed appear like before the time of Rosa Parks.

Moslems go to rear of Busses, or other means of public transport, or banned completely.

Restrooms will be segregated.

Schools will be segregated.

Air travel will be segregated.

But MOST importantly will be the birth restrictions such as China, all Moslem families will be limited by law on how may children are allowed, those that become pregnant past the allotted limit of say, one child will be immediately deported, yes the whole family gets deported.

In Germany I can see them viewing Islam as the new age of Nazism. and I can see Germany fighting it or possibly subverting into it, but if history is an indicator they won’t be conquered, the Romans tried and failed.

In Texas if your land is completely surrounded by others land, you are land locked. The others are in no way obligated to let you cross their land to get to yours. If there has been a history of crossing others land, then yes, the land locked owner has a right to continue to cross.
