Congressman Mike Pence of Indiana excites social and fiscal conservatives alike and will reportedly decide next month whether he will run for president or governor of his home state.
Pence energizes pro-life advocates with his consistent pro-life push including his drumbeat for revoking taxpayer funding for the Planned Parenthood abortion business.
Although members of Congress dont normally rise to national prominence and just one has ever ascended to the presidency, Pence is defying the odds by building a solid national reputation that has him as one of the potential dark horse candidates who could vie for support against the main names currently dominating most of the discussion on the Republican side.
Republican Lt. Gov. Becky Skillman, who is pro-life, announced today that health concerns will keep her from making a bid for the governors position and a source close to Pence told Politico that may be moving the congressman in the direction of mounting a 2012 gubernatorial bid.

semi-conservative. No thanks.
But this person's female and very attractive... yeah, pass.
ROFL.
I and no less than Jim and the vast majority of TEA Party patriots disagree, but you keep trucking with your 1%er's, and I am NOT including Mike Pence in that group....yet. Just your other trial balloons. Who was it today? Herman Cain?
Like I said, mayor, 1/2 term gubner, celebrity.
"But this person's female and very attractive... yeah, pass."
I don’t consider a McCain clone on immigration to be in the nation’s best interest. Certainly not in conservatism’s.
NHC! (no hot chicks)
Who is that being run over and crapped on by the dogs?
Probably some kind of pissant.......
Nice try, but epic fail. She’s arm in arm with AZ Governor Brewer. You will have to wait for Sarah Palin’s policy announcements and the Republican debates, because I’m neither buying nor interested in rehashing your old material.
She can handle a kitchen and a gun! Woo-Hoo!
LOL. Now don’t get too mean late at night.
He is a helluva lot better than any Democrat out there and certainly better than Obama.
As a plus, he's not Mitt or the Huckster. They are the MSM choice, so that's a BIG plus!
I see how this works. She is publicly supportive of Brewer and SB1070 and therefore the cultists get to pretend she doesn’t support amnesty. ROFL. That shows me you don’t understand the amnesty issue in the least.
For example, do you know amnesty pimps Mccain, Graham, and Newt all support Brewer and SB1070? It’s true. Why? because it has NOTHING to do with their beloved Comprehensive Immigration Reform (amnesty)

Canned speeches and photo ops can’t make up for this crapola.
Well, at least it looks like she’ll get a large chunk of the GOP rank and file to pretend amnesty isn’t amnesty. Gotta give her that. Bush tried it, but it didn’t end well for him.
Elect Sarah Palin for President 2012
Re-Elect President Sarah Palin 2016
You will be quite unamused when this issue comes up in the 2012 primary, I assure you.
