Uh, the dog was "confined" - to the yard.
You are apparently part of the rabble who want a police state. An UnConstitionalist. A retarded, moronic, idiotic, feeble-minded Statist.

Haha. You must just be one of those retarded, moronic, feeble-minded canine supremicists ... an unconstitutionalist wanting jack-paws on the throats of good people/cops everywhere. They attack with impugnity while we wait around looking for “invisible fences” and waiting for flesh to be broken before identifying aggressive animals.
Absurd. Good grief.

It’s only going to get worse.
I was raised in a family full of LEOs.
I was taught very early that they were the ones to seek out ~first~, if I were ever lost or frightened, as a child.
In a mere 49 years, I’ve developed a healthy suspicion of them, some of it based on personal observation, a bit of based on personal experience.
There are a lot of really “bad” cops, these days.
They’re definitely not the “blue knights is shining armor” I knew as a kid/young adult.
This depresses me.
“Uh, the dog was “confined” - to the yard.”
Was there a sign in the yard that said that an invisible fence was used?
And even if there was a sign, those fences ARE NOT 100% reliable in keeping dogs confined due to system fault, broken wire, or a dead battery.
“You are apparently part of the rabble who want a police state. An UnConstitionalist. A retarded, moronic, idiotic, feeble-minded Statist.”
Oh yeah, anyone who doesn’t join the bashing of any and all cops (and their families) just because they are cops are now UnConstitutionalists, and moronic, idiotic, feeble-minded retarded statists?
Grow up.
And FYI, not all cops are bad.
