True, if a dog has been taunted/abused by local kids, it can view them with prejudice.
Cops on private property, under non-exigent circumstances, without a warrant on the other hand......
I agree about the cop, but I to this day do not know why this particular dog was a bad seed - it was never taunted or abused but the kids in our neighborhood, just was plain mean.
This was back in the day when dogs just roamed - no such thing as invisible fences. He could have been from anywhere. I was just pointing out that among the “goldens would never attack” posts, that yes, yes they can and would given the right circumstances.
This particular instance seems a bit...overkill, so to speak?
