If she continues to handle herself as she did in that interview, that gap will narrow very quickly. People will quickly find out that she is not as stupid as she came across in the McCain debachle.

Sarah, unfortunately, is playing into the media's hands. This constant back and forth is going to cause a new, more dangerous syndrome:

Palin Fatigue Syndrome.

If people would bother to read Sarah Palin’s books, they would learn she is quite intelligent. The problem is the people who listen to the “intellectual elites”. They are the ignorant ones. IMO, the “intellectual elites” are not smart. They’ve been talking amongst themselves and lying to each other for so many years that they’ve actually dumbed themselves down in the process. One only has to look at the condition of our country with the “intellectual elites” in power for proof.
