The writer's complaint is about one kid, one mother and Manhattan island. The TITLE given to the piece is "USA blah blah blah"

How about this, the writer didn't even have a complaint about Brooklyn or Staten Island, so how is it even New York with the problem?

And the country? One kid in New York does not speak for the rest of the country.
