The Supreme Court case that ended that practice (yes, it’s been tried here) in the United States.

The Court ruled that a Minnesota law that targeted publishers of “malicious” or “scandalous” newspapers violated the First Amendment to the United States Constitution (as applied through the Fourteenth Amendment).

True to form for the AP, they never once refer to Chavez as “Far Left”, “Extreme Left Wing”, or even “Left Leaning”. Why, there is no mention of his political tilt at all. Surprise, surprise.

Sounds just like FCC commissioner COmrade Genochowski and his commieczar Lloyd.

They and Chavez must have gone to the same school - Lumumba University, perhaps?

Here is some disrespect for the “public authorities” in Venezuela. Hugo Chavez is a one big fat monkey who likes to fling poo all day long. And he also smells like sulphur especially his backside.

There ! Now I dare Hugo to try and censor this message !
