Let the military continue to enforce the UMCJ against homosexual acts. The liberals will scream bloody murder, but hey, congress makes the rules.
The military separates males and females to prevent sexual interaction. There is no way to separate homosexuals, however unwanted sexual abuse, harassment, and the discomfort of being forced to witness sexual interaction in a barracks situation is bound to be a problem.
We have already been hearing stories of straight women being sexually harassed and threatened by lesbians in their barracks, and the refusal of the CO to monitor the situation because the problems regarding DADT.
Now that DADT is not a factor, will the gays be prosecuted for sexual harassment, abuse,or bullying the way a man who threatened rape would be? (That was what happened in one report. A lesbian in her unit was bullying her and threatened to rape her if she reported it)
