FR is just committing to collectively drawing a line in the sand - unlike you apparently.
There are only TWO ways to vote in this case; FOR the status quo of DADT, or for a Queer Military.
Maybe you'd prefer Freepers react like the GOP Senate and have 1/3 of Freepers stand in favor of a Queer Military? Would that be flexible enough for your tastes?
I am not saying it is a third, but, from what I have seen, there is a lot of members on this forum defending the homosexual lifestyle and agenda via defending the homosexuals. And if asked, I would have to say, judging from their actions, that they favor a queer military.
Others interpret DADT as the original slippery slope that led to our current situation. So if you are fighting for DADT, haven’t your principles already been compromised? You are fighting for gays to serve in the military?
