It’s a mixture of Evil and mentally ill. I think the Evil came first, and made them crazy. I’m serious. Choosing Evil makes people insane. Insanity doesn’t necessarily mean drooling etc, but it means being in total illusion - thinking reality is something it’s not. Thinking good is bad, bad is good; etc.
