The question has still not been resolved, except for those who have politicized the issue (such as the American Psychological Association) and insist that there's nothing "abnormal" about it. There is. But the fact remains: we are talking about human beings regardless of their behavior, and regardless of what you might believe, it is not something they can control at will.
They can control their behaviour.

The desire for a sex act, with whomever and whatever, is completely within our own self-control.
Men who desire anal sex with other men do it because it feels good to them. They enjoy it, they relish it, they want more and more. They want the lifestyle, they want more partners, younger partners (for obvious reasons).
It is very simple really.
And over the decades they have been mocked and condemned for their desire (to keep it from spreading)...and in the few places that it was encouraged, it profligated (bathhouses) and they began dying by the thousands from it. Since this was an indulgence by wealthy and elite homosexuals...they then countered their destructive and deadly behavior with a claim of political victimhood status.
Once they achieved political victimhood..they wanted more, they got an unprecedented boost from Hollywood, newsmedia, Academia, and pols for their propaganda to reach our children and citizens, and it has been all downhill from there.
We are now at the point that a 13 year old boy decided to commit suicide this year, because his culture, school, and possibly his parents had convinced him he was “gay”. (would they all have done the same if he had been caught smoking? Never!)
This is sick and dangerous, and the days of pretending this is an issue of simple tolerance towards other human beings are over.
