Why is someone who consistently "celebrates GLBT diversity" on FR allowed to continue posting?

I don't get it.

I am probably allowed to continue posting because in spite of your accusations against me I am not celebrating GLBT/LGBT diversity on FR.

I certainly would not advocate all the expense and pain of the therapy and medical procedures I went through for anyone who doesn't absolutely need it. The results have been worth it, but it is a hard road to go - Gender Transition is not for sissies.

You are probably unclear on the concept that transgender and gay persons don't really have all that much in common in their world views or lifestyles. The saying is that "The only thing gay and transgender people have in common is that the same people beat them up".

I have not been beaten up for being noticeably different in spite of my attempts to try to fit in since high school. But for some especially younger people or those who work in assembly plants it is a very real risk.

My main interest is that people should be able to live their lives without being harassed or physically attacked for it. Is that considered promoting the gay agenda?

In the workplace, I worked closely with my company Human Resources department, followed company policy and the medical standards of care, did everything in it's own time (I used the men's restroom and locker room until I was legally a female, for instance) and was vary careful to get all the proper legal paperwork in place.

Company policy and the law protects me from being harassed and physically attacked in the workplace and out in public, and support these policies and these laws. Is that promoting the gay agenda?

You are free to view me as a mentally ill mutilated male if you so desire. That is probably the opinion of some I work with. Some of my co-workers never did seem to really got the hang of calling my by my new name and using the proper gender pronouns. I don't fret about it, we all have a job to do and cannot be concerned with minor things.

Sometimes people do make jokes - they keep telling me they are going to get an electrician from skilled trades to "check my shorts", for instance. Ha Ha.

I enjoy life every day, and no matter what happens I will still go on living my life.

Part of my training (extensive therapy) is to say "God Bless You" when someone says something to insult or offend or attack you. To turn the negative energy around into positive energy back at them to hopefully overcome their negative feelings about you and what you represent.

So Little Jeremiah, in closing... God Bless You.
