Oh, I've seen it. It is among the most profoundly disgusting things I have ever witnessed and believe me, I've been around. In my less-charitable moments, I've wondered if it would really be a bad thing if a 50-foot tidal wave were to engulf San Francisco and wash it out to sea. But I've got some "normal" friends in the Bay Area and wouldn't wish it on them.
The really perverse thing is how the sociopolitical culture in that city has been so corrupted that the police are forced to stand around doing nothing while witnessing acts of public obscenity that if committed by heterosexuals would rightly result in arrest and prosecution. In my mind, that is not tolerance, it is institutionalized depravity.
