Newspapers all across the country are flat-out LYING about DADT.
For example, the front page of my paper (the Toledo Blade) has this headline today:
Senate Ends Military's Ban On Gays
Oh, really?
So if you're gay you haven't been able to serve in the military the past 17 years?
That's what the headline implies and it's a lie.
BOTTOM LINE: We need a new media. And anyone here who thinks FNC is "new media" and is doing more help (vs. harm) to conservatives is being fooled, but it's not surprising.
Increasingly, FNC's guests and their commentary is aligning more and more to what you'd except from CNN and MSNBC.
FNC was decent up until 2004 or so, but currently the only show I can stomach on that network is Glenn Beck.
