Me too. This was obviously going to happen for about the last couple weeks.
The original policy was meant to stop the witch hunts against gays in the military, so frankly I must admit I find it funny how now the right is wanting to keep it.
Don’t get me wrong...I would have preferred to keep it myself. But, it’s just ironic how sides can switch.
This was the wrong move, but infinitely more bearable to me than the DREAM act.
For all of you Joe Liberalman lovers, we are having this vote today because of Joe’s stand-alone DADT bill.
