A dash cam video from the officer who shot and killed Native American woodcarver John T. Williams was released Friday, showing Williams ambling slowly across the street in a crosswalk before the officer opens fire.

Yes. Very. The only positive out of all of this and yet it is also the most devastating is he was doing something he loved. The devastation is that he was shot for just doing that. Blessing to his soul and to his family.

Yes and the hope a jury deals out some justice.
It was only a few seconds. The copy yelled and you can hear some replies during the yelling but I cannot make it out the words. The cop yells and the carver replies back and forth from 0:16 and 0:23. The first shot was at 0:24.

That’s about when I was last down there over wintering and working on the plate reefer system of a ship on lake Union.
It’s, (downtown), is actually a pretty dangerous place if you are just walking about.
