For now it’s mostly central CA - but moving South as this thing gathers up all that moisture west of Hawaii. (That all came from the ‘ring of fire’ over by Japan and south of there... and we’ll see more of this as winter proceeds.)
This was supposed to be a La Nina year with little rain. Now we got the Pineapple Express being sucked in by a low off Oregon.
