This is it, everyone. We need phone calls to these uncommitted Senators today. Put the Nightmare Act down one more time.

IMO this is more important than any other financial or social legislative scheme currently on the lame duck democrats' agenda.
Once it passes, it will NEVER be undone.
Its results are permanent and will be lethal for the republic.

“Pres. Obama put out an appeal for clergy to help him round up the last votes needed. “
I thought the Democrats wanted SEPARATION of CHURCH and STATE ????

"Very few Senate offices are likely to keep their phones open Friday evening or Saturday morning. So, you need to make the calls before this evening."

On a SATURDAY?!?!
This screams of stealth when it has to be done on a slow news day, in hopes that nobody’s paying attention.

Isn't this a violation of Church and State?

They are doing this Saturday because Ron Wyden is gone Friday, and is gone all next week. Saturday was the only day he was available to vote, and they know they will need his vote.
I’m guessing they think they can get DADT without his vote, since they seem to have one extra republican for that one.
And I’m still guessing they’ve given up on START, although they haven’t formally dropped it yet.

Homosexual media and activists are uring their supporters to call today.

All I’m getting are messages that “That mailbox is full”.
Still, I’m fairly satisfied with the number of calls and faxes (Numbers USA, sign up, it’s free) that I have sent in the last few weeks.

The Dream Act and repeal of DADT are bad enough each on their own, but together they are poison. Repeal of DADT will cause many of the more conservative members of our armed forces to leave the military, and Dream will encourage a swarm of illegals to take their place. A very dangerous situation for American patriots increasingly seen as a threat by the corrupted elite.

This is the most important vote this Congress.
If they vote yes, we are done.
If they fillibuster effectively, we are not.

Unfortunately, VA’s Webbwarner twins both firmly support amnesty and homosexuality in the military. I’ve called both offices several times, FWIW.
Sorry, America... Virginia’s two liberal senaturds will be of no help.

By even DREAM Act advocates optimistic calculations, the vote count is not looking good. While the DREAM Acts supporters are confident they have a majority, the bill needs 60 votes to clear cloture, a motion that ends debate and begins work on the actual bill. Its likely to be the latest casualty of the Republicans widespread filibustering this session.

Wow, I’m totally useless here - that tard Patty Murray and that drunken tard Maria Cant(govern)well are my two senators. Good luck to people with half-sane senator(s).
