Sarrazin earns millions with anti-immigration book

Former Bundesbank board member Thilo Sarrazin has become a millionaire many times over thanks to the proceeds of his inflammatory book attacking Muslim immigrants.

Sarrazin enraged politicians and the public this summer with the incendiary publication Deutschland schafft sich ab - Wie wir unser Land aufs Spiel setzen, or “Abolishing Germany - How we’re putting our country at jeopardy.”

In the book, Sarrazin warns that Germans could become “strangers in their own country” because of integration, and argues that Muslims are not compatible with German society.

Truth is always inflammatory, especially when it is about Muslims. Truth is, Muslims are like bacteria. You can have a few of them, and think that they are harmless, but when they multiply to dangerous levels, the host gets sick. Eventually they will kill you. It’s best to maintain good social hygiene, and keep Muslims out. The free world needs a shot of anti-Muslim-biotic in the butt.

I’ve long said it only takes one charismatic leader and the right “market conditions” for European nationalism and the all sorts of associated nastiness to return. Maybe it’s a case of many small countries in close proximity or something else, but Europe sure seems prone to it.

The only question is when the tipping point will occur and how many are on each “side.”

Comparing Jews to Muslims is comparing apples to hand grenades. Judaism contains many of the foundation blocks of western civilization, and Jews are as a rule productive, law-abiding members of any society that will have them. Societies that persecute them are much the poorer for it.

Islam contains the seeds of the downfall of all civilizations, and individual Muslims are quite literally "bombs just waiting to go off". There's no equivalence. The west tolerates Islam at its own grave peril.

Would it be better if we adapted the rhetoric of countries occupied by colonial powers in the last century, since what is happening in the west today is akin to imperialism.

Which would be worse, Nationalist Europe or Muslim Europe? At least you can still reason with a Nationalist, and if all else fails, a Nationalist is afraid to die. Muslims have no use for reason and they crave a martyrs death.

I know which Europe I'd rather have to deal with.

I can say the same about Muslims here. For example there
are scads of them in Redmond toiling away on MS contracts
and many are FTEs.

Whatever harm they cause in large numbers here is hard to
measure, but for sure the ones who warrant concern are a
tiny minority, far too few for the highblown and ugly
statements in this thread.

Yes, I know, and it was an entirely different time and situation. If Western civilization is intent on comparing the Muslim situation to the Jewish situation in Europe, we will have to suffer the consequences of our ignorance. My reference to Muslims as bacteria refers to their own scheme of dominance in societies. It is simple to examine the history of Islamic dominance, and it isn’t in the same ballpark as a Zionist scheme derived from occultist ideas of racial superiority. The people advocating slowing down or stopping Muslim immigration are not advocating killing, enslaving or otherwise abusing indigenous and peaceful Muslims.

Good news. I hope that not only does Thilo Sarrazin make more money off sales of his book, but that the book will spur the German people to start kicking out the Mohammedans before it is too late.
