Technically speaking the accusation you are making is untrue.

Based upon what technicality pray tell?

That he didn’t say what he said when running for President?

Or that he didn’t back away from it?

Or that he didn’t deny the accuracy of the report (which also included that he now says he is against cap and trade)?

Or that the report was not accurate?

Did they invent the quote where he said he supported cap and trade? That is quite an accusation!

I also support cap and trade of carbon emissions. And I was disappointed that the Senate rejected a carbon counting system to measure the sources of emissions, because that would have been the first and the most important step toward implementing true cap and trade.” Huckabee October 2007

“For his part, Huckabee supported mandatory cap and trade in late 2007 when he was running for president, as did the eventual nominee, Arizona Sen. John McCain. Huckabee changed his position in October of 2009 via a blog post on his political action committee's website.” RealClearPolitics 2010

“In a recent Internet post, a contributor makes the claim that I supported cap and trade in late 2007 while running for president. To put it simply, that's just not true.” Huckabee 2010

DONT PISS DOWN MY LEG AND TELL ME IT IS RAINING!

YOU SAY WHAT I SAID WAS UNTRUE??? THE NERVE!!

What about Bobby Jindal... or Gary Johnson... or Hayley Barbour, to name a few more? Btw, Sarah Palin is not someone I would seriously consider. I mean, come on....

From what I can see, Sarah is getting more publicity from the media than all those guys combined.

The technicality is that you don't understand what he said. You are imputing a value that pertains to the Carbon Credit scam ~ not to what the Huck is referring to ~ which is not the Carbon Credit scam.

You continue to confound "emissions" with "source".

Think of it this way ~ food goes in your mouth and poop comes out the other end. The Senate and the conmen behind the Carbon Credit scam thought you'd all be satisfied with measuring only the poop, and even then it wouldn't be measured ~ it'd simply be estimated.

The folks favoring a measurement system on "source", that is, the "food" part of the equation, were unable to get the Democrats to agree that source measurement should even be done.

Basically, what we have here is "the Huck" talking about "food" and your talking about "poop".

End of story.

Huck said he supported cap and trade, then he denied it.

His words are there for any but the deliberately obtuse to read and understand.

You are talking “poop” out of your mouth.
