Supposedly he’s trying to regain his position in the party after supporting McCain for president, but with a 3% approval rating in Conn. he might as well hang it up. The Left will never trust him again and he has broken his plate with conservatives. He needs to go home.
Lieberman is a liberal first and a Jew second, assuming he cares about Judaism and its tenets at all.
Good luck! I wish you success. Of the two of them, I consider Snowe the worst. She is Greek Orthodox and should know that her church condemns abortion and yet she supports partial birth abortion! I have some hope for NH also, but let’s see. MASS is impossible. As for Vermont, yech!
Probably 75-80% of Brown’s constituents want DADT repealed. He can’t ignore that.
Scott Brown is solidly against the DREAM ACT. I’m satisifed with that.
I always thought that this lame duck Congress was going to be a final middle finger of the 111th Congress and the president. And the RINOs in Congress are right in there with them laughing at the people.
In January, the first order of business should be to reinstitute the draft and remind the public that homosexuality is no longer a means to avoid service.
F these damn RINO’s
Send in the MARINES !
Olympia snowe is voting for this. Time for more primary purges.
we eliminated castle.
the rest of the rinos are the next primary targets.
To be in favor of DADT is not being anti-gay. It is the way of the Military, and it has worked. To now force the Military to become PC is likely to see a reduction in volunteers.
Hence, this could be the exact intent of this repeal, to force a draft.
When the Democrats come after Brown in the next election, conservatives everywhere should sit stone silent. Leave him to those wolves.
Re Scott Brown, so what. The Senate exists as a deliberative body to decide in the best interests of AMERICA, not to be beholden to the special interests of their states (e.g., Mass. gay mafia). They have gone WAY OFF TRACK.
Yes he can. Because they are WRONG.
Though I won't support his opposition (like I would the "Beeatch Sisters" from Maine and would open my wallett for even the most Far Left Lib or even Beelzebub--same thing, lol--rather than see either of the F'n RINOS's relected) I--and I would bet most others who contributed to his campaign--will NOT be sending his a dime.
To reinstate the draft will bring about massive backpedaling in the gay community - in the way of, “No, I said I love men in uniform. I didn’t say I wanted to BE a man in uniform.” The fact that they are also clamoring for no segregation, means no combat exemptions... it is always the unintended consequences that get ya...
OK, but what’s Lisa Murkowski’s excuse?
She is hopping onboard every liberal agenda item.
RINOs gone wild.
The only way to get politicians directed towards America’s interests and not the Mass. gay activists is make sure those special interests arent the only voices heard on issues, and make sure they don’t win election and don’t these votes.
Yep. Even though I could not support the deeply flawed candidate who ran against her, she is no prize. Is she acting out of defiance vs. the GOP? I have no idea, but her focus seems extremely narrow and provincial.
“Even though I could not support the deeply flawed candidate who ran against her”
.... thus we get even MORE deeply flawed RINOs re-elected. SIGH.
Gonna miss Joe.
I read the election will be certified by Christmas, but Miller is using other legal maneuvers, so....??
