The comparison is sometimes made that "it didn't hurt the European armed forces," to which, all I have to say is, SOMETHIN by a long shot.

The comparison is sometimes made that "it didn't hurt the European armed forces," to which, all I have to say is, SOMETHING definitely hurt the Euro-forces, because relative to the US military, THEY ARE NOT UP TO SPEED, by a long shot.
