Bullets flew across Thompson Street on Tuesday after employees of a pawn shop thwarted an armed robbery.
Shots fired at the robber zipped from C&S Gun Shop across Thompson and hit the plate glass window of P&N Oriental Market. Witnesses said shots also hit a silver or tan vehicle used as a getaway car.
We dont think anyone was hurt, said Lt. Kevin Lewis, Springdale Police public information officer. We are checking with hospitals to see if anyone comes in with a gunshot wound.

Yes, but they needed to hit their target and not have rounds going into the market across the street...
In my area, I used to attend gun/coin shows. There’s a reason they combined.
Some very valuable stuff at those shows and just about every dealer there was armed.
Da*n! I shop at C%S all the time! I used to shop at his brother’s store and bought several guns from them before my boat flipped and lost them all over on Beaver Lake!
Whoever robbed this place didn’t case it very well-I’ve bought guns there, too, and believe me NO WAY would I attempt to rob those folks!
