No kidding. They made that declaration on 11/4/08...but nobody heard it. I’ve spent the last 23 months here on FR trying to warn people...most still think we’re just in a cycle.
No doubt, but I think this will finally push the "Sleeping Giant" over the edge, especially doing this in a lame duck session, and after the results of the midterms.
