I'm not so sure. The harder they hit him the worse it will look for Obama and may actually put this story on page 1. I say look for a demotion of rank and duties and maybe a discharge. Other than honorable and maybe even light duty at some hospital til he can retire. Maybe.

The panel won’t give a rat’s rear about how the sentence impacts Obama’s politics. Odds are good that most of the panel, and maybe all, voted for McCain/Palin.
