I thought Fox said they DID pick Assange. OK, well, I’m not sure this was the year that Facebook took over, but he did have a movie about him come out, and I think FB really is revolutionary in that people generally don’t hide behind a pseudonym, and most of the friends are people you actually know.
I suspect the “leak” [npi] about Assange was a publicity stunt, and a good one at that - it sure got everyone talking.
