I have been posting on this issue since the beginning. The bottom line is there is no evidence to support the allegation that Obama is not Constitutionally eligible to be President. Moreover, that issue became moot when he was selected by the Electoral College, confirmed by the Congress, and sworn into office by the Chief Justice.

It can become an issue again when he stands for reelection and I hope that it will. I have come to the conclusion that he was almost certainly born in Hawaii, but the details of his early life, third generation Marxist, adopted son of an Indonesian, questionable links paving his way to Occidental and Columbia. Etc, etc. All of that information would have destroyed his candidacy if made available to the public during the primaries. It could well derail his efforts at reelection. But, more importantly, it is an issue that needs to be told because it reveals who the modern Democrat Party really is and tells us why we need to stop them now.

There's no reliable evidence that he is.

The American people should not be required to prove a negative in order to know beyond doubt that their President is constitutionally legitimate.

~~~~
And there’s no official verification and foolproof
certification that he IS Constitutionally eligible.
An image of a ‘birth cert’ on a website holds NO
water, and he’s either sealed or threatened anyone
with access to all the missing vital documentation.
The hope and my fervent prayer for 2012 is the upgrade
and correction in the eligibility requirements by the
election boards in the individual states.
No, it didn't. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and every officer you mention swore to defend it.
They may have all made their oaths moot, but the Constitutional requirement to be President of the United States hasn't changed one whit.
Bull shit, his father was not a Citizen, bammie is at best a dual Citizen...you think that is what the Founders had in mind with the NBC clause??
Can an anchor baby be a POTUS, how about Putin's kid, Osama's?
Yikes, that's a freaking disgusting proposition, you can't tell me the Founding Fathers had that in mind.
It can become an issue again when he stands for reelection and I hope that it will.
It can if the Republicans who run various statehouses have the intestinal fortitude to require a long form birth certificate of every candidate for the presidency.
So far there is little evidence that they will provide such a backstop on this nonsense, though.
Based on what?
