To be honest I squirmed when she shot the caribou...but the reality is that I wear leather, eat meat so I just need to keep my mouth shut. I think what Sarah shot is probably the most healthy meat you can get. No wonder she looks great.
Done right it is quick and humane. You owe your best effort to the animal.
That said, it isn’t always clean or pretty. But, it is real and part of this dispensation on the earth. We were given dominion over the creatures of the earth but with that comes stewardship and responsibility.
