Students at Bronx high school pushed her to the ground
A Bronx teacher suffered a miscarriage after breaking up a fight between two students over a chair, school officials said Thursday.
Lissedia Batista, 27, was elbowed in the stomach, pushed, and fell to the floor as she tried to get in the middle of a fight between two students.
Batista was four months pregnant and was taken by ambulance to North Centeral Bronx Hospital, where she miscarried her baby.
The two students involved in the fight have been suspended.

"Murder is the unlawful killing of another human being with "malice aforethought", and generally this state of mind distinguishes murder from other forms of unlawful homicide (such as manslaughter)."
Unless the legal authorities decide to prosecute for murder, you will have to resort to continued wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Just does your mother dying have to do with a first grader trying to put his teacher into a hospital with a cracked skull and his scumbag mother laughing and bragging about her little darling and what he did? Are you the little thugs mother or what? Im just sure hes turned his life around and is now a model student. Did I express myself that badly? My point was that when we're in the most pain, some of us will do anything to avoid dealing with it, even laughing. I was using my experience when my mom died as an example. No I'm not related.
