I second that. Lets see how much mischief the EPA can cause when they dont have any operating funds.I am going to go out on a limb here and predict that none of these tyrannical agencies will lose one dime.
Maybe after 2012, but the RINO's that currently hold power will do nothing. The Tax bill is just the beginning of the across the isle loons Progressive cave in.

State and industry challengers opposing the Environmental Protection Agencys climate regulations had asked the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to halt the rules while the massive court battle plays out, but the court wasnt convinced. Anybody who does not recognize the likelihood that these "State and industry challengers" are salivating at the prospects of playing the "carbon offset" game and INTEND TO LOSE such a case isn't awake. We should be VERY careful whom we support in such efforts, as the folks who appear to be captains of industry might well be a pack of B'rer Rabbit whores looking forward to being tossed into that regulatory brier patch, knowing their competition cannot survive there.

Oh, Crap!
Now high energy prices will fuel the Green Agenda which cannot be implemented until the current energy mix is pricier.
Time to go for a cruise again.

Be careful! We’ve had several fires here with temps in single digits.
We don’t use dryer either; we’ve been using portable kerosene heater around clock to keep warm and save NRG.

Wow, two of the three judges were appointed by Reagan or Bush.

Yes, there have been fires around here too. Hard to believe folks aren't educated on basic fire hazards. We have a tank of a fire place. It will be down to low 20’s tonight. I may be crazy but I'm not stupid. If I decide to run the central heat to take the chill off my heat strips are completely clean. You literally can set a house on fire with dirty electrical heat strips. Crazy huh? A house was burned nearly all the way down just a couple of days ago by an air handler catching on fire for this very same reason.
