I don't know if his pedigree as a Reagan appointed judge is any consolation: Reagan also gave us O'Connor and Kennedy....so it could go either way.
Frankly, any way he rules will be appealed, and the law IS anti-liberty, anti-Constitution no matter what he thinks. I just hope he thinks the right way.
If he rules that Obamacare is Constitutional (using the Interstate Commerce Clause as an excuse), you'll see his picture all over the State Run Media 24/7 for the rest of the week.
If a MIRACLE OCCURS, and an honest Judge rules that the obviously-unconstitutional mandates ARE, in fact, UN-CONSTITUTIONAL, he will be ripped to shreds by the SRM.
I thought the ruling coming today was on the VA case.
I was wrong. Maybe Vinson is hearing the case of several states...Henry Hudson ruled today on the Virginia-only suit.

Judge Vinson rules today in Pensacola, Fla. on the 20 state hearing with McCollum and the ruling will be announced on Fox asap.
