No, I ain’t sayin’ anyone’s gonna repeal IX. I just ain’t all hot for a politician who gushes over how great Affirmative Action can make her feel. And I do mean politician. Here’s Sarah gushing for her own brand of remedial action for Global Warming, before she started to call it Climate Change, before she denied her previous denials.

Climate change: Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin acknowledges global warming is affecting her state But the former GOP vice presidential candidate contends gas drilling will help curb rising temperatures
By Kim Murphy | Tribune Newspapers April 15, 2009
ANCHORAGE Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin acknowledged Tuesday that global warming is harming her state but said stepped-up natural-gas production could mitigate its effects.
Palin spoke at a hearing before Interior Secretary Ken Salazar the third of a series he is holding across the country to consider renewed oil and gas leasing on the Outer Continental Shelf.
The 2008 Republican nominee for vice president said relatively clean-burning natural gas can supplant dirtier fuels and slow the discharge of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.
“We Alaskans are living with the changes that you are observing in Washington,” she said. “The dramatic decreases in the extent of summer sea ice, increased coastal erosion, melting of permafrost, decrease in alpine glaciers and overall ecosystem changes are very real to us.”
Sarahs True Color has a little bit of chameleon in it, hayna? When I saw her trying to campaign-finesse her brats forthcoming brat, I expected more of the same, and Im getting just about what I expected. This really isnt news, its just a politician being a politician.

I think she has grown on this issue as well.
The whole climategate thing probably opened her eyes.
You needn’t worry about a Palin administration pushing any type of energy taxes or Cap and Trade.
No one is perfect of course, and you are free to support whoever you want, but what you are doing on here is not going to get much traction.
We know the real Sarah, and she is not who you are trying to portray her as.
Elections don’t take place in a vacuum. Everything is comparative, and so far, Sarah is light years ahead of the ‘pack.’
If you are looking for purity in a candidate, I suggest you find some obscure unknown House member from a safe district who has never had to be held personally responsible for making hard executive decisions.
Duncan Hunter anyone? LOL
