It’s not that I can’t appreciate the personal life story. I didn’t make a big deal of it the night of the elections. But he can’t keep repeating that performance. It doesn’t matter how sincere, he’s helping the left craft a portrait of him by doing this twice. Odd as it may be a boring nondescript almost anonymous guy is a better asset then someone that sparks a personality trait they can mold into an electoral liability.

I’d prefer a movement conservative be House Speaker. He isn’t that. I’m not offering this advice because I want the guy to say. But if he is going to be Speaker he’s the only defense against Obama and the Senate. This doesn’t help us.

I agree with you. Election night was one thing, but now is another.

I love Glenn Beck dearly, and I accept him for who he is, despite a lot being made of his tears. But Beck is not in the same position as Boehner. Deal + tears + RINO = a very bad feeling about what may come next.

I remember how we waited and waited for Frist to pull the trigger on the “nuclear option,” and how disappointed we were when we realized it wasn't going to happen. I've got this feeling that left to his own devices, Boehner is going to leave us waiting at the altar and “common ground” America to death.

We need to pray very hard that either he rises up from his own RINOness, or the House steps up to replace him with a fighter.
