LOL. Todd was very quiet during this episode. I'm certain he's partial to strong women like Sarah, and was taken aback by Kate... (to say the least). I mean, look at his own Mom and Grandmother. Both independent and still going strong ---- Grandma at eighty-two. Todd is outdoors Alaskan tough, like Sarah. City women are not his thing.

I saw somewhere that Kate said, after the trip that what she needed was a husband like Todd Palin. She might have shown some interest, and Todd got the hell away from her as quick as he could.
