I’m very glad that episode had Sarah’s dad in there. We can can see that she came from a very decent hosehold. He seems to be a great guy, one of us.

I’m glad Mr. Heath’s there too. I remember right after Sarah’s VP selection, he was interviewed and said something like, “These media types are all going on and on about ‘Palin’ this and ‘Palin’ that, as if they’ve known her all her life. They have no idea who Sarah Palin is.” It was a much needed moment of reality in that election campaign.
