Thanks. (Just checked my blood sugars, coming down a bit ... yay!) 3 hours after dinner right now... and they were 161. (I’d rather see them 125-140ish, but oh well.)
This morning mine was 101 BEFORE breakfast! I'm still trying to figure out all this stuff! lol
I read sometime ago that your blood sugar can be a little high in the AM because of the inactivity of sleeping so I asked my doc and he just shrugged it off so....who knows why our bodies do the things they do!
