Obama is only one third of the mistake the American electorate made. The other two are giving him a majority in the House and Senate in 2006.

He would have done as much damage as he could but he couldn't have done as much as he has without the majority in both houses of congress.

There has only been a one third correction made so far; the midterm election.

It’s going to sound like I’m, picking on you but conservatives too share some of the blame for Obama. What?!?!?!

Yes because we take on the philosophy that we are not victims. We aren’t and the first step to not being a victim is to describe problems in ways that they could have been solved had we made the right decisions and done the right things. We can then learn from our mistakes and do better.

At a minimum we did not argue well enough and were not involved enough in the primary process.

I think we are doing better today but not well enough. Case in point is the new tax bill. It is a little bit of spending increases, some tax increases and mostly extensions of current taxes. It is Bush II which we know now is a mistake.

The first thing we need our conservative congressmen to do is take responsibility. We must let them know when they vote Aye that they are voting for the whole bill and just because ‘Obama is president’ is no reason for voting for a mistake. We can’t let them be victims either.

If you allow the state of Pennsylvania to come along, minus Philly and a 20 mile radius around it, I'll take you up on that deal. I have a similar plan myself.
