In addition to traits you mention, Corgis bond to their Owners as attentive dogs without being too fearful of outsiders.

When you sit by the fire, they will too. When visitors come they may announce but rarely are they overly agressive. They may herd toddlers but not by nipping or other offensive conduct. They love to play fetch.

I know this is an old thread, but we got at least 5 chords of wood from this storm. We're cleaning up, burning the junk, saving the savable. It's sad some of our trees will struggle, but they gave us fuel.

Those trees will survive. Thank you trees. We're not environs, we use what God gave us.

Isn't it amazing the difference between conservationists and environmentists?

I hate liberals.
