Having had a Corgi in the past I remember how they liked the snow despite the ground clearance issues and how their trouser fur got matted up with ice.

Dagny is our second, Jake passed this year at 14 1/2. It sounds like Dagny will be getting a playmate next spring. (I may be the Captain but my wife is the Admiral) We are enamored with Corgis after the two that we have had.
